• How it is collected: Directly through the contact form on this site, and through cookies where consent has been given (see our Cookie Policy).

• Retention: Contact data is retained only as long as needed to respond to the inquiry and, where an engagement follows, for the duration of that engagement plus a reasonable period for record-keeping.

• To respond to inquiries submitted through the contact form.
• We do not share personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
• We do not send marketing communications unless separately agreed.
• Where analytics cookies are enabled, aggregated usage data may be used to understand how the site is used, without identifying individual visitors personally.

You can read about every format on this site without sharing anything, and optional cookies remain off until you allow them. If you have already contacted us and would like your message and details removed, write to info@pecanhorizon.com or call +81 6-6942-0312. We confirm the deletion by reply and tell you if an invoice or similar record has to be kept for longer.

Interviews during an operational review

An Operational Review Session includes short interviews with three to five members of your staff. We record their role and what they tell us about how work moves between people, not their personal views about colleagues. The written summary describes process and friction points without attributing comments to named individuals, unless the person concerned agrees.

Interview notes are shared with the person who commissioned the review only in summary form. If a member of staff asks what was written about their interview, we show it to them.

Figures used for planning

Growth Planning Support works from your sales, cost and staffing figures, which are built into a working financial model over three meetings. Payroll figures are used as totals by team, not by individual salary, unless you ask otherwise. The model is yours once delivered; our working copy is kept only for as long as described below.

Retention periods

Enquiries that do not lead to a session are deleted after twelve months. Interview notes are deleted three months after the written summary is delivered. Financial models, meeting notes and summaries are kept for two years so that a later advisory hour can refer back to them, and invoices for seven years as tax law requires.

Requests under the APPI

Under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information you may ask Pecan Horizon Godo Kaisha to disclose, correct, stop using or delete personal information we hold about you. Send requests to info@pecanhorizon.com or by post to 3-2-10 Noninbashi, Chuo-ku, Osaka 540-0011. We reply within ten business days.

Who sees your information

Information you share is seen only by the adviser handling your session and, for invoicing, our accountant. We do not use outside marketing services and never sell or rent contact details. If a session takes place online, the video service we use sees the call as it happens but we do not record sessions unless you ask us to.

Changes to this policy

We revise this policy when the way we handle information changes, for example if we begin recording online sessions at clients' request. The date at the top of the page shows the current version.
