Content on this site, including text and process materials produced during an engagement before delivery, remains the property of Pecan Horizon Godo Kaisha unless otherwise agreed. Deliverables such as written summaries and financial models become the client's to use once delivered as part of a paid engagement.

7. Using the contact form

The contact form is for people considering one of our three formats. A short description of the question — a process that feels slow, a plan for next year, a decision you want to test — is enough for us to suggest which format fits. Please do not send financial statements through the form; if a session follows, we arrange how to receive them.

8. What happens after a session

The written summary from an Operational Review Session is sent within ten business days. After each Growth Planning Support meeting you receive notes and an updated version of the working model, and after an advisory hour a short written note. Corrections of factual errors in these documents are made free of charge if raised within two weeks of delivery.

9. Content on this site

The explanations and comparisons on this site describe how we work and the situations each format suits. They are general in nature and are not advice about your business. Fees and formats may change; the details confirmed in your booking apply.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute that cannot be settled by discussion falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the Osaka District Court as the court of first instance.

11. Sessions at our Osaka office

Advisory hours and planning meetings can be held at our office in Noninbashi, Chuo-ku, or online. Please tell us in advance if anyone attending needs step-free access or other arrangements, so that we can make them before you arrive.

13. Enquiries we may decline

We may decline an enquiry that falls outside operations and growth planning — fundraising, recruitment or legal questions, for example — or where we could not give the session the preparation it needs. We reply either way, and explain briefly why we are not the right fit.

14. Accessibility of this site

We have tried to make these pages easy to read on a phone and with assistive technology. If anything here is difficult to use, write to info@pecanhorizon.com and we will send the information in another format.

15. How these terms relate to our other policies

These terms cover use of the website. How we handle information you share is set out in the Privacy Policy, what the site stores in your browser in the Cookie Policy, and the conditions for a booked session in the Terms and Conditions. Where two documents overlap, the more specific one applies.

16. Language of our materials

Summaries, notes and working models are written in English, the language of this site. If colleagues who will use them prefer Japanese, tell us when booking so we can discuss how best to handle it before the session.
