Pecan Horizon
Three colleagues reviewing charts on a laptop

WHAT'S AVAILABLE

Three formats, each suited to a different kind of question.

A single session, a longer planning sequence, or an hour booked as needed — this page lays out what each involves so you can weigh them at your own pace.

Choosing among the three

Each format answers a different kind of question. Some readers arrive with a specific suspicion about where time is being lost; others are weighing a larger decision about the coming year; others simply want an outside view on something smaller. None of the three requires committing to the others — a single session stands on its own, and there is no pressure to continue past it.

How to choose

If you suspect effort is being duplicated somewhere but haven't had time to locate it, the Operational Review Session is the more direct starting point. If you are weighing a second location, a new product line, or a change in customer segment, Growth Planning Support gives more room to test the numbers. If what you need is a second opinion on a single decision, the Retainer Hour is the lighter option.

If it isn't clear which fits, a short message describing the situation is enough for us to suggest a direction.

What every offer includes

Across all three formats: direct conversation with the person doing the work, a written record you keep afterward, and pricing stated up front with nothing added later. None of the three formats involves a long-term contract or automatic renewal.

Value and investment

Fees are set to reflect the preparation and follow-up involved in each format, not the perceived urgency of the client's situation. Payment details are confirmed directly once a format is chosen.

Questions before deciding

Can I start with the Retainer Hour before a larger engagement?

Yes. Many readers use a single hour to talk through whether a review or planning engagement makes sense before booking one.

Are sessions held in Japanese or English?

This site and our sessions are conducted in English. Let us know in advance if interpretation is needed.

What happens if the review finds nothing significant?

The written summary reports what was observed either way. A quieter finding is still a useful data point for the company.
